1. The program
AVIRENZA internships are unpaid, remote, project-based learning programs operated by AVIRENZA. They do not include a stipend and do not create an employment relationship. We do not guarantee employment, placement, academic credit or accreditation.
2. Eligibility and registration
You must provide accurate information when applying. Each email address may register once per domain; registering for additional domains is possible only when enabled by the administrator. We may refuse or cancel registrations that are fraudulent, abusive or automated.
3. Provisional offer letter
The offer letter issued on registration is a provisional internship offer and registration confirmation. It does not indicate that your work has been evaluated. Completion requires submission of the mandatory tasks and approval after review.
4. Tasks and submissions
- Submit your work as GitHub repository links through the intern portal before the deadline shown there.
- Your work must be your own. Plagiarised or copied work will be rejected.
- Make repositories accessible to the reviewer. Do not include secrets, passwords or other people's personal data.
- Sharing on LinkedIn is optional and never affects evaluation.
- You keep ownership of your work. You allow us to view and evaluate it for the purpose of the program.
5. Review
Submissions are reviewed by our team, who may approve them, request changes or reject them. Review decisions are made on the merits of the work and are not influenced by any payment.
6. Optional certificate and processing fee
- A Certificate of Project Completion is optional. Registration, tasks and submission are free.
- If you request a certificate, a certificate processing fee of βΉ29 applies. The fee covers certificate processing, issuance and online verification β it does not buy approval.
- Certificates are issued only for approved projects. Target availability is within 24 hours after eligibility (approval and payment confirmation).
- Refunds: if your project is not approved after you have paid, or a certificate cannot be issued for reasons on our side, the processing fee is refunded to the original payment method. Duplicate payments are refunded. Once a certificate has been issued the fee is non-refundable.
- We may revoke a certificate obtained through plagiarism, misrepresentation or fraud. Revoked certificates show as revoked on the verification page.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other candidates' data, interfere with the platform, or share your portal sign-in links. We may suspend access for misuse.
8. Liability
The program is provided on an βas isβ basis for educational purposes. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from participation.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; changes apply from the date they are posted. Questions? Visit our contact page.
